Yeah, that's so true...I've even had days where I considered being able to do housechores a workout! haha. But yes, powerwalking is helping me.
I'm proud of you for at least doing what you can on the 'mill. It's hard, I don't think it's that easy to do it but then again I used to eat a bag of doritos as a starter.
