when I buy brocolli package, almost most have at least 1g of sugar. is that alright? and its not added in because on the ingrideints it only states "Brocolli"

Most vegetables have naturally occuring sugar.

sheris right- but some frozen stuff have more added stuff. u should buy fresh if u can

If it's a package of broccoli that contains only broccoli, the only thing to focus in on is the total carbohydrates minus the fiber count. All vegetables and fruits have naturally occuring sugars.
