Ate at Golden Corral last night. Had prime rib, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, a small salad, and a chunk of cantaloupe with cottage cheese for dessert.

I had a smorgasbord of food for dinner. First I had two slices of LC ham, each wrapped around 1/4th slice cheddar with a few No-sugar bread & butter pickle slices/rounds. A few bites of the t-bone from the night before. Later I had a bowl of chicken soup, later I had the 1/4 can of tuna (with a dab of mayo), left that the cats didn't eat.

Healthy Turkey and Vegetable Chili, new recipe. It was ok - good but there are better recipes out there. Topped with Triple Cheddar blend cheese.

Last night: unexpectedly went out with people at the library to an Italian restaurant and a play - I was able to order the eggplant roll ups with ricotta topping, and I was very happy to see they were not breaded (I would have picked them apart but really didn't want to explain it)

Sauteed shrimp over steamed broccoli, one air-fried onion ring I stole from hubby's batch, a small glass of V8, and a scoop of CarbSmart vanilla ice cream for dessert.
