Default Pickled Eggs

I havent tried this myself but it sounded good to me and would tuck nicely in our basket next to some chicken And I want to try out this forum...

Pickled Eggs:
2 beets
10 eggs- hard boiled
1/4 cup splenda
1/2 cup vinigar
1 cup cold water
1 stick cinnamon
3 cloves
Boil young beets untill tender, skin them and cover them with liquid made by combining the splenda, vinigar, water, cinnamon and cloves. Let the beets sit in this liquid for several days in the refridgerator. Remove the beets, add the eggs and let them pickle for 2 days befor consuming.

per egg: 82 calories, 6g protien, 2g fiber, 5g carbs.
