Default C1 - Week 6, Day 37, Tuesday, May 16

No am exercise, I felt my body needed the rest and I really wanted a good, hardcore LBWO today. So I decided I would workout this evening so I can really put every ounce of effort into it! I am looking forward to my workout tonight!

My calves are a little sore today from the step aerobics yesterday - man what a workout!

Exercise has become a part of me now, I love strength training - I love the changes happening to my body. I will be so happy when its the body I want!

Next week - I will get better at posting my workouts - just has been a crazy week.

Did 20 min Elliptical HIIT

I still have to get an upperbody workout and a lowerbody workout in this week. Planning on doing the upper tomorrow, lower on Saturday along with additional cardio.

Sunday will do another 20 mas - HIIT.

LBWO - evening exercise

Then did 30 min on cross trainer, according to the machine, I burned over 300 calories - wow - went over 2 miles too.

CARDIO DAY -

20 MIN HIIT

Really worked it hard, hit a 10 and I feel like I could throw up (which is good). I will try and do some UBWO tonight, so on Friday I can focus on another LBWO.

I'm really becoming addicted to exercise!

Oh boy, I gotta get better at this. I've really been slacking at preparing my meals, writing down my workouts and getting up in the am to exercise.

So, this is my last week to slack off - after this week I have 4 weeks to go to the finish line of the 12 week challenge and I'm going to pump it up some. So, get ready for a new me!

Hi, Sunshine!
Just checking in with you to see how you are doing. I gave BFL a number of tries. I really believe it works. One time, I lost 11 pounds in week 1. Sadly, I never made it past week 3 or 4. On the positive side, I learned a lot of great stuff about giving it your all and how to do weight training, which I am currently trying to incorporate. My downfall, too, is in the planning, in writing it all down, and getting up on time. Don't give up. You are in week 8. How fabulous! You can do it! I know you can! 4 weeks time is less than a month. You are going to look and feel amazing!

Okay, I "said" I was going to do good this week, but it ain't happening. I'm doing good with exercising and eating this week, but I must start writing it down.

Monday, did LBWO - very intense - very sore - also added 30 min of cardio

Tuesday - 20 min of Cardio - HIIT

Wednesday - UBWO - 10 min on bike, 5 min on treadmill - very steep incline - 15 min on Elliptical (30 min total)

Today is my cardio day, haven't done it yet, but planning on doing it around 3 this afternoon.

I've been falling a little behind on posting my exercises.....just no time these days.

Today

20 mins Elliptical HIIT -
1.54 miles
266 calories

I will be at the gym tonight and planning on a full body work out tonight, UBWO and LBWO - plus, I plan on doing 35 min on treadmill.

I'm going to try and get my UBWO in, but if I don't I will be doing the UBWO tomorrow, then LBWO on Sunday afternoon or Sunday evening.

Cardio will be done every day for the rest of the week.
