Default Low Carb Chicken Strips Mmmm

My BF and I made lc chicken strips that are soooooo good!

Crush some pork rinds ( if you eat them I thought I never would until now) 0carbs

Mozzarellacheese the cheap powder kind, any store brand is fine 0 carbs

heavy cream and one egg

of coures the chicken tenders

dip chicken into egg cream mixture then the powder like cheese then the crushed VERY fine pork rinds.

place in VERY hot oil that in about 2 inches high in frying pan cook until brown then flip and do the same on the other side

We added some cajun seasoning for flavour!

This probably a recipe but we thought we were so clever anyway it is really yummy. Because I miss chicken strips sooo much.

Sounds great. I use pork rinds and parmesan cheese instead!

Default hi

Hey ryaxnb,
I read that sommersize book too! I just made some strawberry ice cream from her book.
I'm pretty new to the site as well, and your the first person I've encountered on here who does the Somersize!
Anyway, good luck to you!
Best, teally

Made these tonight using crushed pork rings, cajun seasoning and garlic. So good! This will be a regular for sure.
