Well I was holding there for a while, almost a week, and then finally a shiny new number, 2/10 of a pound from my last low, 4/10 from my bounce. Its a slow process at this stage of the game. Hard to just follow my hunger and not starve and binge like I used to. Old habits die hard but Im staying the course. I hope everyone is able to finish off the week on plan and have a little whoosh down themselves. 💕💖💕
