Default Atkins Vitamins versus GNC

When I called GNC last night to see if they sold the Atkins vitamins, they told me they do. But, they say they have some other vitamins which they reccommend are a higher quality and lower in price. Their brand I am sure.

So, my question is, has anyone else used the vitamins from GNC? And, how do they compare, if you know.

I use the GNC vitamins.

With their vitamins you only take one vitamin twice daily.

They have over the recommended daily allowance, because the RDA chart was made back in the 50's for a man averaging 135 lbs that list is quite obsolete.

Their vitamins also have some extra vitamins in them that you may miss out on with regular Atkins vitamins. They have vitamins geared toward women and men, becasue we all need different things.

I take Women's Ultra Mega without Iron.

I can honestly say I have noticed a difference since taking the GNC ones.

I use some GNC supplements, but I got my multivitamin at Costco. I am planning to get the replacement at GNC. They do have good stuff. Atkin's vitamins are comparable, but they are so overpriced. Most of the Atkin's brand name products are, for that matter. But it was the sales from those producs that kept his research going for so long.

Tell the guys at GNC that you are looking for a multi without iron. We get plenty of iron from the foods on this WOE and too much can really plug you up.

I use GNC's Ultra Mega no Iron, think it was $19.99 (with my GNC card; I will check next time I go there. I have never tried any of the Atkins stuff, not even the food.

Peace
