need recipe for LC bread

i hate atkins bake mix and on the label, it has a recipe for a 24g carb bread recipe......for me, i think thats a little too much
I was wondering if any of you would know a good bread recipe that doesn't use ingredients such as those protein powders or anything extreme.....
