I did about 3 hours of gardening today...weeding and planting. Several different sites say that moderate gardening at my weight burns around 250 calories per hour. :shrug: Seems high but who knows? I added gardening to the custom cardio section of My P.L.A.N., but I'm only counting it as 120 minutes. I figure I was putzing around about a third of the time.

I did not do the 30 Day Shred today as I had planned.

2 miles WATP yesterday and 1 mile WATP today.

Ooh, I just looked over my older posts and was reminded of Netflix streaming workout videos! I have a long queue of videos from over a year ago that I haven't tried yet. Tomorrow! Woohoo.

Yesterday (Saturday) I did almost 3 miles of WATP--40 minutes. I had to cut it short to get ready to go out!
