the conference was great

I went to the conference in L.A this past weekend. Her new book seems like it is going to answer alot of questions. She breaks you down in to different metabolism type and gives different protien and card rams to each.
I also really enjoy actully see and speaking with her. She looks amazing.
Her new book hopefully comes out in oct.

I would really appreciate a short summary of the conference in LA: who spoke, subject matter, handouts, that sort of thing.
