Pounds lost since May 7th: 206 - 199 = 7 pounds down and counting!
Day 8:
204 pounds
Lunch Exercise: Went to the gym for lunch 20 minutes on Elliptical, 25 squats (25 pounds), 25 leg raises (75 pounds)
Day 9:
200.5 pounds
Exercise: Pilates
Lunch Exercise: Elliptical 15 miutes, Lundges, Bicep Curls, and Triceps
Day 10:
199 pounds
Exercise: NONE
Lunch Exercise: Elliptical 10 minutes, Lateral Pull Downs, Back Exercise, Ab machine
