Talking EmJha's Exercise Extraveganza!!!

Day 1 of my Exercise Extraveganza begins tomorrow!

I vow to everyday have something to put here in the way of exercise I am so excited!!

I am not only going to reach my weight goal but also my inch goal I am going to be fine by August 1st, I mean it!!

Thanks glad to be here!!!

Okay Pilates this morning, worked glutes, abs and quads, so I am feelin a little sore. Am back on the exercise wagon and proud of it!!

Can you say disgrace!! Okay I am back on it today. I haven'thad my B12 so my energy is gone!!! I am going to force myself today, I mean it and the whole weekend!! The only way I am going to see a WOOSH is if I am strict until Wednesday 25th of May! My Birthday will see the 160s I can feel it.

EmJha,

I stopped by your journal and I'm glad I did. Yesterday was day one for me to begin working out again. I'm walking on an indoor track for now and trying to get my speed up. Your commitment is an inspiration to me and couldn't have come at a better time. Right now I'm aiming for 1 mile in 20 minutes....I will get there. Keep up the good work!

Working my way up to 20 MINUTES 2 MILES THIS WEEK!
I worked out last night, and this morning, feel very proud!
Last night I wasn't trying to hit goal, just trying to do something
and I am glad I did. I also did my crunches 200!!
It is a little easier to get on the treadmill in the mornings now and
when I get home I just make myself, I didn't get to 2 miles but I
know I will when I switch to 25 minutes and 2.5 miles tomorrow!
If I wouldn't have rested those 2 days maybe I would have done
it, oh well will do it right next week!

Thursday: 1.10 miles, 20:07 minutes, 185 calories, 58 fat calories
Friday: 1.17 miles, 20:00 minutes, 192 calories, 60 fat calories
Saturday: 1.20 miles, 20:20 minutes, 197 calories, 66 fat calories
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 1.22 miles, 20:02, 199 calories, 62.2 fat calories / 1 mile, 16:54, 164 calories, 51.5 fat calories

Wednesday: 1.27 miles, 20 minutes, 206 calories, 64.6 fat calories

I worked out last night, did about 150 different style crunches,
was so occupied with getting the TV to work lost my momentum to do
my lundges which I am adding 2 times a day 40 of them on each leg
and some other ab exercises! Feel good, Miss J so much, he is coming
back I can feel it in my spirit!

Tonight starts Week 3, my throat hurt so bad I was unable to get up this morning, go figure. I haven't made it to 2 miles yet but I am almost there! I will make it to day I am sure but I have to get up to 2.5 this week, I am feeling so excited! I hope I lost something this week even though I have had slip ups everyday, but none today I promise myself!

I was sick this weekend but did manage to run on Friday in
spite of feeling horrible. I have yet to do 25 minutes, today
I will be at the gym after work and will do my 25 minutes and
some weights!! I am so excited!

Saturday: 1.20 miles, 20:20 minutes, 197 calories, 66 fat calories

Working my way up to 25 MINUTES 2.5 MILES THIS WEEK!
I went to the gym last night, I didn't get to run the amount
of time I had hoped because my shins were stabbing like
crazy! I am going to make sure I stretch very good tonight
before I run or get on the elliptical. I did arms last night
and will be doing legs tonight, and cardio!
