Default How much Natural Calm

For those of you who drink Natural Calm as a magnesium supplement, how much do you take? I started with one rounded teaspoon and I think that might be too much for me. Then again, I'm not sure what "comfortably loose" means but suffice it to say that I'm not quite comfortable. Thx

Seems like you know now that it was too much. I haven't used it in a while (basically because I would forget to make the drink, while magnesium capsules after dinner with other vitamins was easier to remember) but I started small and was precise in the beginning. Level off an actual measuring spoon of the powder, maybe a half teaspoon?

In my experience, how it's prepared is just as important as the dose when it comes to tummy rumbling . Dissolve the powder in a half cup of *hot* water and let it sit for a minute or two followed by a good stir to make sure it's completely stopped fizzing. Top it up with another half-cup of water - either hot or cold - then drink. But don't swig it down all at once, just a little at a time. The raspberry-lemon version is very nice. I make it hot, in a teacup, then sip it like herbal tea
