Egg Mayo Avocado
This is probably far too simple to count as a "proper" recipe But it makes a truly quick and filling breakfast
One hard boiled egg
One teaspoon mayonnaise
Half an avocado, cubed
Garlic salt and pepper
Finely chop the hard-boiled egg in a bowl and mix in the mayonnaise. Cube the half avocado (easiest is to do it still in the skin) then add to the egg mayo. Mix well and season with Garlic salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy
