Default Cheesecake Omelette

To me it taste like cheesecake but with a breakfast twist.

Also incredibly easy..

Quote:
2 or 3 eggs, whatever you wish.
Splash of Strawberry Syrup
Grated Parmesean Cheese - real
Baby Spinich Leaves

Just crack the eggs into a bowl and add however much syrup you like. With eggs having such a mild flavor though a dash or two is prolly all you'll need.

Beat the eggs and put in your pan. Top with a layer of baby spinich leaves (again as much as you like) and then top that with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.

Let it cook then if you are like me do your best to flip it over..

Total prep time, less than 6 minutes. Really will remind you of cheesecake, and not much more complicated than boiling an egg.

Bon Appetit!

Found this older thread when digging for a breakfast idea..

I didn't have strawberry syrup, but I used DaVincci raspberry. Then I softened some cream cheese and tore up the spinach and mixed with the cream cheese. After I flipped the egg I spread the cream cheese mix on. Then sprinkled with some Parmesan.

I don't know about cheesecake exactly, but it did come out extremely good.
