Need Help Stuck In Rut
I have been LCing (Atkins, now PP) since the beginning of May, and I have had some occasional slips, but in general I have been true to the PP diet. I am stuck, I have not lose any weight, I started at 134lbs and am now at 136lbs. I am used to eating 5-6 small meals thru out the day. Fasting was an idea, but I am not sure if fasting would work for me, because I am afraid that a fast would lead to a binge. I need to get out of this rut that I am in.
Can anyone recommend something to get me back to losing weight?
