Default Eggs and Meat Question

I know that there have been threads posted and closed about the egg and meat fast/diet, but I can't seem to find the answer to my question. Please correct me if I am wrong about the following: So the egg and meat diet doesn't allow you to have more than 5-6 carbs a day. That would mean that protein shakes using 1 oz. of heavy cream and water is probably out (total carbs of protein powder 1; heavy cream not sure of). No cheese/dairy and lots and lots of meat. I know hunger is not suppose to be an issue, so what kind of snacks can you eat? I use an egg substitute which says it has 1 carb per egg, do I count that? Can someone set me straight? I read the threads about the eggs and meat diet, and am still confused.

When I do meat and eggs, I strictly do meat and eggs (real ones, not substitute) and I also limit beverages to water only. I find a lot of variety in ways to cook both meats and eggs--and probably the only thing I add is perhaps enough mayo and vinegar to make a devilled egg or a little bit of butter to cook something in.

I usually limit M&E to 5 consecutive days--that way I don't get too bored with my choices. It eliminates almost all hunger and I don't find cravings to be a problem while doing M&E. AND, it's great for breaking a stall or just getting things going the right direction a little faster.

Snacks? A boiled egg, a small hamburger patty. . .honestly, I normally just do 3 meals a day and don't want any snacks.

So today is my first day on the eggs and meat diet. I have had scrambled eggs twice today, and normally I love scrambled eggs, but can anyone suggest another way of fixing them? I have never really experimented with eggs, such as fried eggs, becuase I don't like the taste of a runny yolk. Can anyone help?

I was on it, and after 3 days of seeing no change on the scale or tape measure, and the fact that I got sick and tired of eating just meat and eggs I stopped. Just search the forum there are several threads out there you just have to posted something in order to re-activate them. Good luck!
