Default What is for dinner?

since we have threads for breakfast and lunch, figured i would start a dinner one. the last dinner thread was ages ago and under the atkins section, if i remember correctly.....

tonight: girlfriends are coming in from out of of town for sleepover party
I am making:

creemcheese/garlic stuffed mushrooms wrapped in bacon
chicken meatballs with marinara to dip

they will have veggies and dips, and cheese and wine- they might have salami or another cured meat as well

I bagged a few squirrels today so fried squirrel with some amazing low carb fried pickles some zucchini is there for garnish.

I ate alot tonight. Not sure what came over me. Greens salad with tuna, eggs, veggies, olive oil (3 tablespoons) some nuts, and then more veggies with coc oil. I guess I was hungry?? Worked out yesterday and today 2 hours each and provide t eat enough at other meals. I even had the yolks because nothing was making me full! Weird day for me.

Do you use enough seasonings?

I find that it can be quite bland if I don't spice it up enough. I always put in a chopped onion, lots of fresh smashed garlic cloves, ginger in this one, red pepper flakes and this one got an Asian spice blend. I also used a little ( 2 tbsp.)garlic sauce from a jar.
This one also got celery and carrot with 2 different colored cabbage. Here it is cooking:
