Was wondering what everyone has for lunch, working and staying legal can be hard sometimes, share you ideas, I had leftover taco salad, ground beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, olives, with taco seasoning in it.
A bowl of homemade chicken soup with wild rice and veggies, and a glass of full fat milk. My work has microwaves in our lunch room so I just heated up my soup and took my milk out of the fridge...I imagine it would be a lot more difficult if I couldnt refridgerate anything or heat things up.

Chef salad! Romaine lettuce base, turkey/provolone/pepperoni pinwheels, pumpkin seeds, cornichons, kalamata olives, homemade balsamic vinaigrette, and a sprinkle of crunchy dried onions. And a Diet Rite.
I have access to a fridge and microwave at work so this isn't to hard for me. I keep a bag of lettuce and all the fixins in the fridge so if I forget or am to lazy to bring something I'll just have a big salad....also the tuna and salmon cups are great to go with the salad......this week I brought along a couple of eggs and some sausage links to make an omlet in the microwave put a slice of cheese on top.....very yummy......and one day I ordered hot wings with bleu chesse from the pizza hut next door.
Today I was on my way out the door because I'm off on Friday afternoons. So I had ricotta cheese with blueberries and Splenda with a leftover chicken breast from last night. Quick and I didn't have to sit down for it!
Today I had a salad with baby spinach, bacon, mushrooms, grape tomatos, and feta cheese....with a low carb "honey mustard" salad dressing. I had a nestea "zero" (splenda sweetened bottled ice tea).
