OH MY GOD. I am soo pissed off. Ok, so I'm on day 5 of Induction... I've been drinking coffee each morning with between 1-3 tbs. of (allowed) cream. So for the first three days my cravings were INTENSE.. but started to wane a bit on the 4th day. Then, today, I had a cup of coffee with three tbs of cream, and not more than an hour later, I had EXTREME sugar cravings again... so I'm thinking to myself, what the heck. I check the ingredients of my "WHIPPING CREAM" and guess what? It has Dextrose in it. Ya know what dextrose is? SUGAR. I've been consuming three tablespoons of sugar on a diet thats aim is to rid me of sugar. OMG!!! CHECK YOUR LABLES.
