Default Single Cream

Hello, First of all congratulations on producing a fantastic tool for healthy eating.
Could you tell me is there a listing for single cream. It is pure cream with no additives, which i have in my coffee (1tblsp). It is not the sort of cream you can whip.
Thanks for your help

Also I was really bad last night and had a banana!! I know it was over 20 grams of carbs but I wanted to add it to my plan but it wouldn't let me. Is it because it doesn't cater for cheats?

Thanks for helping me out. What I'm going to do is use the custom food bit and fill in the nutritional values. I went on the International Dairy Food Agencies site and the nearest i could see was Milk fat used to make icecream.
Thanks for the banana.
