Default Buffalo chicken dip

Hi! I"m new here, but I thought I would post a good low-carb recipe. I have made this long before eating low-carb, and everyone loves it. I dip celery sticks into it, or eat it with a spoon. The rest of the group will use Tostitos Scoops.

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing

(blend together)

Add 8 oz. of canned chicken breast
1/2 c. diced celery
Franks red hot sauce to taste (I use about 2T.)

Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.

Welcome This sounds delish. I might adapt this to use up left-over roast chicken, and bake it in hollowed out tomatoes. Now I am hungry, and I've just finished breakfast,

Do you have a recipe for low-carb ranch dressing? (I'm in the UK, and I don't think Ranch Dressing is sold here).

I have a friend that has making this for years to bring to our parties. I was just thinking about making some--realizing the carb count all these years. Woohoo!

My boyfriend's aunt makes something similar to this (except she adds cream cheese and uses a buffalo sauce). It is DELICIOUS and easy to make. You can also sub blue cheese for the ranch. Mmmm.

This is so good. I don't have much time for lunch some days only 15 min. I made this and then stuck it in the microwave to warm up at lunch time. I used it for dipping my celery sticks. YUMMY
