The forum-search doesn't give any results when looking for ASDLC,
saying the search term might be to short...

hello,

Tamarian's original post is over 12 years old . There have been many changes since then, to our forum and to the old usenet groups, including asd-lc.

First, the usenet lists stopped updating to our forum in 2008. We kept an archive of the old groups for a while, but ultimately found that they (a) used up a lot of server resources, searches and the like and (b) the usenet groups had stopped being moderated a long time ago, so the last few years the content was mostly spam, flames, trolling and porn . For those reasons, we opted to remove them completely.

If you're still interested in the old asd-lc group, I *think* Google Groups maintains the archive now. Okay, just did a search and here it is .. https://groups.google.com/forum/#!f...t.diet.low-carb. Not very active these days, but you can at least do a search for old topics.

That all being said, I hope know you will find the best support and more right here at Active Low-Carber

To me it looked like January 30 (30.01) I kind of overlooked the "Jun".

Actually this was the thread, I found when I searched Google for ASDLC
and that's why I registered... not realizing it was a message from the past...

Google has wonder search parameters you can use like limiting a search to things less than a year (month, week, date, day, custom date). Just hit the "Search Tools" button and you can set a date range on Google searches.

Posting this because 99% of the people I know only use about .5% of Google's searching-awesomeness.
