Hi y'all...I've been off the board for a while, have had a crazy six months or so, but luckily have stayed on LC. Haven't lost anymore weight, but haven't gained it either! Yay!!!!

I saw Davinci syrups at my local Loblaws in the organic section!

Popping in to say hi! I work in downtown Toronto although I live in Niagara-on-the-Lake and thankfully can work from home sometimes. How is it going?

Now that the weather is hinting at warming up, it will be good to get back outside again and move around out there more. I've gone the whole route - lost 105 pounds, gained every bit of it back and am now down close to 40 at 245.

I just tried the Josephs's wraps from the LowCarbGrocery .. they are really good. It's been a long time since I've allowed myself to eat any kind of grain while on LC ... while I am doing low carb, I am also trying to keep calories below 1500 on the day.

I don't know if anyone has tried the low carb ketchup at Loblaws/Superstore/NoFrills. I rediscovered it and it's great!

I really wanted to try that ketchup!~ but haven't been able to find it in a store near me. I'll check sobey's this week and I was told about low carb grocery but for some reason I am a little skeptical about ordering from there. Good to know someone has from the Toronto GTA area!

Hi Louise!

Agreed-- that low carb ketchup is awesome - I always have some in my fridge. ...Niagara-on-the-lake is beautiful - lucky you!

Chelsey, I love the LowCarb Grocery Store! I've visited their Markham location often and it's always packed full of people.

EDIT TO ADD - Chelsey, I forgot to add that the LC ketchup I have is a President's Choice product, so you have to visit a store that carries PC products (like, Superstore, Loblaws, No Frills, Fortinos, etc.)

Hi Chelsey!

I'm doing great! I've really gotten back on track and couldn't be happier!

Here's a simple, great explanation of the paleo diet: (it explains it better than I ever could, lol)

Paleo Overview

Another awesome paleo website:

Primal Diet

There's also a really great paleo section on the forum!

Just joined this forum, I've been low carbing for about a month now but feeling so tired, is this normal? I live in the mississauga area, I also gave up coffee 10 days ago which has been a special kind of hell! I'm told i'll feel better in a couple of weeks
