Default Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge

I got this in the mail with a Light and Tasty Magazine. Enjoy
16 oz chreem cheese, softened
2 oz unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
sugar substitute to = 1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2cup chopped pecans

In a small mixing bow, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sugar substitute and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into an 8 in square pan lined wiht foil. (I think you could also butter the pan and be fine). Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled. Yield: 16 servings.

Thanks for posting this recipe. I too saw it in the magazine and thought it would be too high in carbs. I'm going to make it and try and cut it into 32 slices - that way I can have 2 pieces and still keep the gram count at 5.
(by the by, I was under the mistaken assumption that the chocolate was not a carb!!!! must be wishful thinking!!!!!)

Default I agree..

I love that chocolate stuff..
Nice thing is though that with finding recipes like this or the Peanut butter cups.. it takes care of a chocolate craving in no time!
Even just a small serving works..

I make a cocoa fluff that I found somewhere on the forum.

1 oz of cream cheese softened
1 oz heavy cream
1 tsp sf hershey's cocoa
1 tsp of splenda

mix

It's just a few spoonfuls of a kind of chocolate cheesecakey pudding but I really like it and it gets you through the sweet craving moment. Also, you don't have to worry about more servings available.
