Ok..my turn to start:

Exercise: 48 minutes on stationary bike (Hills) = 320cal burned!

B: 2 eggs+2whites, small piece diced ham, coffee, h&h, splenda, celery

snack: cucumbers

l: tuna + salad, water

snack: 1c nonfat yogurt

dinner; not sure yet

B-peppers & onions sauteed in veggie coil with 1/2 c ground turkey,1c 1% milk for tea
sn=mozz on tomato
l- Mexican Salad[black bean,salsa,peppers on a bed of lettuce]
sn-1/2 c s/f pudding
d-salad w)dress.,Pork Lo Mein[boneless pork,chinese veggies,BROWN RICE]
des-1c yogurt & blueberries

Water-80 oz[1/2 my weight]
Exercise[45M WATP's 3 mile tape,45M on bike=90 M]

ok forgot to log it here yesterday
Phase 2

BF:1 egg omelette w/ Cheese, 2 Turkey Bacon and Salsa, FF Sour Cream, Coffee w/splenda and FF 1/2+1/2

Snack: none

Lunch: SBD Frozen Meal planned
Snack: none

Dinner:
Leftover Cheeseburger Casserole (I have a Meeting to attend at night time so I fast meal is needed)

Snack: planned 1/4 cup Ricotta Cream

Exercise: Planned 45 minutes Cardio on Elliptical (30 minutes)and Recumbant Bike (15 minutes) Well, all the Appointments didn't leave me time to exercise today

Menu today will be as follows:

B:chicken with sweede and sprouts
S: half a nectarine
L: Prawn salad
S: string cheese
D: steak with onions and peppers and mushrooms, sweede, carrots and brussels

Brekkie:
Morning Milkshake

Snack:
skim mozza string cheese

Lunch:
Big salad w/ 2 tbsp vinagrette dressing, 1 serving sliced turkey, cukes and mushrooms

Snack:
Half small apple

Dinner:
Spinach salad, with homemade warm turkey bacon dressing, mushrooms, a few pecans and raw mushrooms. Also, some chopped chicken breast on top. (Really hungry for dinner today... I ate my snack early because I had back to back meetings all afternoon).

Dessert:
fudgesicle most likely

s- 1 whole grain pumpernickel bagel, scooped out w/ chive cream cheese
d- shrimp and squid sauteed w/ asparagus and mushrooms. 2 cups popcorn
s- prunes,
