Lunch: SBD Frozen Meal planned

Dinner:
Leftover Cheeseburger Casserole (I have a Meeting to attend at night time so I fast meal is needed)
Snack: planned 1/4 cup Ricotta Cream
Exercise: Planned 45 minutes Cardio on Elliptical (30 minutes)and Recumbant Bike (15 minutes) Well, all the Appointments didn't leave me time to exercise today

Brunch-large salad w/ chix, black beans, cheese and quac
Dinner-will be chix and broccoli
Snack-will be 1 string cheese or atkins shake if really hungry
Sorry, wasn't ignoring you Judy/Holly, didn't get back to that post yesterday to start the new thread!!!
Menu today will be as follows:
B:chicken with sweede and sprouts
S: half a nectarine
L: Prawn salad
S: string cheese
D: steak with onions and peppers and mushrooms, sweede, carrots and brussels
Lunch:
Big salad w/ 2 tbsp vinagrette dressing, 1 serving sliced turkey, cukes and mushrooms
Snack:
Half small apple
Dinner:
Spinach salad, with homemade warm turkey bacon dressing, mushrooms, a few pecans and raw mushrooms. Also, some chopped chicken breast on top. (Really hungry for dinner today... I ate my snack early because I had back to back meetings all afternoon).
