Cool HOW I will graduate skinny!!!

Well, I finally caved in and started an gym log. I am now doing a modified BSBW so I thought I'd put it all down in here. I already posted in my journal today so some of this is a repeat.

I have modified BSBW to accomodate my schedule and also because I feel too advanced for the beginner workout but I don't think I could manange the advanced. I like working abs on chest and back days so I will.

I have an excel sheet that shows it all and I will post it here soon.

Todays workout: 01:35

20MAS bike WU

lying ham curls-

alternating lunges (wide to hit hammies and glutes)- I HATE THESE!!

leg extension- (very slowly- TOUGH!!)

Set 3- (this guy who didn't speak english hogged the machine I needed for like 30 minutes so I just skipped my second exercise. )
