I know this has been discussed on the forum before but because I hadn't given it any thought of using them, I didn't pay alot of attention. Over the weekend we had a family reunion. Lots of carbs everywhere. One family member who is also on Atkins, gave me two carb blockers so I could eat what I wanted. Told me he uses them only for times like this, not on a regular basis. He claims they actually work. While I had a piece of cake and a helping of potatoes, I didn't go overboard. Does not seem to have affected me pounds wise and maybe only a little craving wise. Was it the carb blockers?

So for the newbies on the block and for those of us who are just getting around to thinking about it for these summer parties...what are some of the experiences out there with these carb blockers?
