Started mine yesterday.....couldn't believe the energy boost.....did way more yard work than I intended....think I might have overdone it. My back is really stiff and sore today. I had to make myself eat lunch, I was not hungry at all.

The only problem I have had is I didn't sleep really well last night. I don't feel tired at all this morning, but I kept waking up throughout the night.

hmm.. i wonder why its working for all of you, but not doing anything for me.. ive got a little bit more energy, but not much.. and i dont feel like ive been in a better mood or anything? Ive been taking it since last Thursday, 3x/day. When it got here from UPS it was really hot, i wonder if it getting overheated could have messed up the ingredients or something.. oh well, im going to keep taking the entire 30 days worth and then get my money back if it doesnt work any better.

Moonwalker,
I'm sorry to hear it's not giving you better results. Maybe you should check with the company to see if high temps. messed with its effectiveness??
But anyway, I really hope you see more/better results soon!!! But if not send it back!
best of luck!

Where can I get Relora? And is it for getting rid of the belly? (I'm not particularly stressed and I've had ton's of energy with Atkins, but this postmenaposal tummy is still on me.) This Relacore stuff sounds like a miracle - except not sure my budget can handle it. So thought I'd investigate the Relora that's been mentioned. Also, what happens when you quit taking this? Does tummy come back and does energy decline?
Thanks. Cats

I don't know where to find Relora sorry.

Anyone know?

I doubt the tummy will come back since we are eating properly and exercising.

is the relacore at vitaminshoppe.com the same thing as the relacore.com website? The box looks a different color but I think the ingredients are the same?
I orderd some from drugstore.com but it's on back order for 2 weeks. I was thinking of getting it from vitaminshoppe.com.

i noticed the box difference also..but the relacore on vitamin shoppe is made by the same people as the one at relacore.com which is carter reed..i think vitamin shoppe may just have an older pic on their website

Hi ya'll!!!! Just checking in to say hello, AND to say how much I love Relacore!!!! Not only has it jacked up my energy and alertness.........it has completely elevated my mood and put me on an even keel. I know it's hard to believe but the phones were CRAZY INSANE today and normally I would be irrated and probably pulling my hair out but NOT today!!!!! I was calm, perky and more serene. Now I know some people think it might be in my head but i know my body and mind, and this sooooo was different. I mean I am usually happy and cheerful but when I'm not I'd fake it. But today I didn't have too and my co-workers could tell too. (I was even happier than normal) Okay, okay I'm rambling so I'm gonna go. LOL!!! Ya'll have a great night!!!!!!!!

Hugs~

Slept a lot better last night...so maybe it was just the first day and the changes in my body it was making. Feel pretty good this morning. My appetite was way out there yesterday, but I believe that is because of TOM being next week. I usually start starving the week before. My energy level is still way up. The other nurses at work commented about it yesterday, telling me to sit down and relax, as I was wearing them out, lol.

Great news on the energy and mood change everyone! I started my Relacore yesterday, not significant difference compare to my old days...donno why

Has everyone lost any inches around tummy area? from the previous replies, it seems like Relacore make a bigger differences in mood then weight
