Hey, don't forget that even if the blocker works it will not work on sugars. If you are loosing really slow, I would take a look at how much total sugar you are getting along with the other carbs.

If you go to VW, look for the huge cans of that stuff, that size is being discontinued and the price was reduced. Saturday I bought three cans 54oz if I recall, that cost me the same as the smaller size and they are giving a discount to boot.

Default Carb Blocker

I dont eat any sugar unless its splenda even with the carb blockers. Hell barely even eat fruit, maybe 6 strawberris in 2 weeks lol. Bad. I eat Cucumber alot.

I was 153.5 this morning, I seem to lose the weight faster when I am in small to moderate ketosis.
hmmmm

I found a new drink at star buck 3 grams carbs.....
Cafe americano (I add sugarfree vanilla,heavy whipping cream and whip cream). I believe that makes it 6 or 7 carbs but could not believe how much it tasted like my vanilla latte with 19 grams carbs.WoW

Yep, that cream can do wonders! My downfall is wine, have not had any since I started..
