Carob (pod) 300 mg
Cinnamon (bark) 275 mg
Gymnema (leaf) 140 mg
Banaba (leaf) extract 20 mg
It says to have three cups a day, either before or after meals.
It doesn't have the laxitive ingredients that some "diet" teas have, nor any ingredients that might cause me the same problems as supplements loaded with guarana and other caffiene-y things, so I'm going to give it a shot. If nothing else, it'll taste good.

Hi PotatoFree,
As a nutritionist, that tea is an excellent formula. Roobios is for flavour (also a great source of Vitamin C), The rest of the ingredients are well known herbs for blood sugar control. Cinnamon is a very good source of Chromium and the banaba and gymnema increase insulin sensitivity. The amount of carbs would be insignificant.
What company makes this? I would love to get my hands on it in Canada but I haven't seen it.
