I've been doing some arm exercises and am feeling more strength in them this morning, that's encouraging! Binged yesterday, ooopsie! (blush)

I'm going to do some more of this today:
30-min Chair Yoga Dance Class to Keep You Moving! These are seated exercises but I'm sure they could be done standing.
