Hi Guys! I was looking at the ingredients on the BBQ sauce and one of the ingredients was we aren't allowed to have. Some of the products have sugar alcohols as well. I just wanted to say to read the labels carefully.

I think I will stay away from those products until I am closer to my goal or if possible find prducts that don't contain that stuff which is kind of impossible, especially in Canada.

Red - I'm with you, I'm staying away from alot of that stuff - I think it would provide a false sense of security. I was asking because my mother has started Atkins but is very bored with the food (I don't understand why, but anyway

), she really misses cereal, so I'll take a drive on Saturday and pick up the cereal for her. It'll be interesting to go and have a look around though.
