Default Help interpreting numbers

I got blood work done yesterday and I got back the following:

TOTAL CHOLESTEROL: 168
TRIGLYCERIDES: 33
HDL: 66
LDL: 95

CHOL/HDL RATIO: 2.5

Despite my numbers they suggested that I follow a lowcarb diet. Any idea why?

I'm not a doctor but your total cholesterol is a tad too low. HDL is great as are trigs and the ratio is great. So no clue as to why they recommended a low carb diet except that it's the best diet out there for good health even if you are not overweight.
