Default Heavy Cream??

I was in my grocery store today and could not find HEAVY CREAM. Gee I have avoided that stuff for years and now can't find it. I could only find "whipping cream". Is that the same. Last time I used HEAVY CREAM, we scooped it right off the milk at the farm!!

Yes you can use in it's place. Just check the carb count per serving. Usually 1 carb per oz.

That's what mine reads but I have bought all three half and half, heavy cream and whipping cream and used all in my coffee.

Default Heavy Cream

In my grocery store, Heavy cream is called either Heavy whipping cream or just whipping cream. I believe Heavy whipping cream has more fat(less carbs) than just whipping cream so I buy the Heavy stuff. Hope this helps.
