One without sugar! I have one called 'Whole Earth Original' I think I bought it in Holland and Barretts but I can't remember. It is 9.9g carbs per 100 so you can't go crazy with it.

Hi Izzy!

I just weighed a heaped teaspoonful...and then ate it

A heaped spoonful is 10 grams which means it is one gram of carbs.

I think you could spend at least 3 or 4 of your carbs this way!

By the way, mixed with butter, cocoa powder and a spoon of artificial sweetener and then frozen to get it more solid, it makes a sort of low carb peanut butter chocolate to die for .

Robert

Thumbs up Peanut butter

Peanut butter is quite good for low carbers. I use the whole peanut variety from Sainsbury's which has the lowest carbs, around 9 g /100g

I agree with Robert, about one teaspoon is 1 g carbs. I do eat 2 or 3 tablespoons on its own, if I do not want to spread it on my crackers. It is quite high in calories, if that becomes an issue.
