If they are dry roasted then there should not be any oil involved unless the label lies:

Good to know - thanks.

And then there is store bought pesto. Ingredients says olive oil, but I've read about lower grade oo that has actually been found to be laced with (toxic) vegetable oils.

Good thing I can make my own: Classic Pesto [ dietdoctor ]
