I have been a fan of the frozen edamame and dry roasted wasabi edamame for years.

I recently tried the sesame almond seaweed thins and love them! I DO count the total carbs for this line because their math doesn't add up if fiber is subtracted from the total carbs (they subtract it for you).
For one pack, it's 100kcal, 7 carbs, 6 of protein and 6 fiber.
My DH found them (on sale) at Giant in health food aisle, but I have also seen them at WF.

I also found the new pasta in Harris teeter. That is more processed than I typically go for with soy, so I have not tried them yet, but I will report back when I do.
