Lat Pulldowns: 15,8,3 -- 50#, 70#, 80#
DB Swings: 12,8,5 -- 15#, 20#, 25#
Low Cable Rows: 16,8,5 -- 50#, 60#, 65#
Bench Tuck Sits: 3 x 15s

correction: I think those were 5s not 10s on the cable stack - so more likely this was 50,60,65 (wimpy wimpy wimpy)

Wall Ball Squats w/bottom hold: 3 x 8 x 10s
Push Press: Curl Bar, 3x8
Underhand BP: Curl Bar, 2x8
Reg BP with "shoves" 3 x 8 x 6 w/curl bar
Close Grip BP with "shoves" Curl Bar - 2x8

I think the curl bar is 15# or so
