WW is changing it format. Now it will be having very few sites with in-person meetings. everything going virtual. they are embracing the use of Ozempic & other drugs for losing weight. the people with type 2 diabetes are having a difficulty obtaining meds. We shall see in a 2025 if there are any side affects and their long term consequences (especially gall bladder & liver) (+ it might be $125 to $300 a month). interesting.

I'm staying with low carb.

the WW full article can be read under here 'studies and research' dated 3/12/23. it also states the meds can cost up to $1,200 per month, wow. I was also surprised by the percentage they listed, being so low.
