Hey awesome! It doesn't matter how many push ups you can do as long as you do your best ... and forget the rest as Tony would say I don't do many push ups either ... but you'll be surprised how fast you'll see yourself increase.

superman ... banana ...superman ... banana ... ah the stuff nightmares are made of! Just wait until you get to the yoga ... it's a toughie, but a goodie!

I do not like superman, banana. I'm ok with superman can do that not a problem but banana? geez abs aren't there yet. Plus the one bone that contacts floor during superman is kinds sore from the first day. Didn't realize until i had to do it again today exactly why it was sore. LOL Oh well it is a good pain i guess. need more cushion.

You're doing awesome. Just wait, next week you won't be able to get dressed without conveluted jumping motions and you'll get a new appreciation for how difficult things like brushing your teeth really can be.

Hang in there though, week 3 is a recovery week and pulls back a bit. I'd recommend putting a couple extra towels under your hips for the superman exercises - I'm not so great at banana either. Just a hint, when doing banana if you lift your legs higher, it's actually easier. My core is super weak, which is one of the reasons I did P90X, and as long as you feel it during the exercise it doesn't matter how close you are to what they're doing.

I actually got the bf doing the yoga the other day

So you are telling me that next week I'll be soooo sore that i will have to fess up to others what I am doing. I won't be able to blame that kind of sore on the wii fit anymore? LOL Thanks for the suggestions. I am a tough ole bird so I will make it thru the 90 days. I was very very fit 6-7 years ago, I guess I got lax over they years and was just enjoying life, taking fitness for granted.

Well I finished day 9, cardio X. It was much easier then last week but still a hard workout. Seemed it ended much faster then last week too. Guess my body is changing already. woo hoo
Scale said 159.5 this am and bf last night was 31% . I am happy with those changes! I'm think p90X will be the workout i have always wanted.

Pain is weakness leaving my body. Good! today was day 19, I start week 4 (recovery week) on day 22. Not sure the reason behind recovery week. Finding that out will make it worth the weeks workout. There has to a ba great reason. Nothing you do in P90x is just because. It seems to all have a purpose. Just wanted to check in.

Having a recovery week is quite common in training schedules, most of my running programs do the same. It's to prevent injury by giving the body a chance to recoup. Your muscles actually build during rest, so giving them a break helps them grow stronger. Once you're a few days into recovery week you'll probably start feeling why you need a recovery week.

Glad to hear you're hanging in there! You definitely will start seeing changes in your body. Actually my DH was the one who saw the changes more than myself, although the clothes start getting looser and looser ... a great feeling!
