Default In Praise of Walking

I like the article you posted,I will definitely get Shane O'Mara's book.

My wife and I walk regularly, prefer outdoors except in the mid summer we take a break due to tropical heat.

We use our treadmill and me the gym and other busy activities like house maintenance demands to keep fit.

I acquired a Garmin watch last December and found it useful for all physical activities you can mostly think of. With an APP called Connect it does a great job of displaying your results with colorful graphs and comparative measurements and goals. After 6 months it's the only watch I have worn regularly in the pool and ocean.
