Dinner tonight was grilled rubbed salmon over herbed cauli rice and a side of broccoli with butter and lemon. Tomorrow will be Thai larb (a spicy ground chicken in lettuce wraps) with roasted spicy yam and a cucumber salad with cilantro.

We are eating potatoes here - free food from landlord and wife... sister made a colcannon - like concoction of leftover braised cabbage, bacon, and sour cream mashed potatoes, and some pickled onions she made... it was tasty.

It's been a while since this thread was active.

Last night, we had taco night. Mine were made from Folios cheese wraps.

I saw cheese wraps in Aldi! Deeply into wraps, but focusing on coconut and seaweed.

Had a ham/Havarti coconut wrap with mustard. Those little sliced hams have so much flavor. And cheaper than deli ham.
