Doesn't the cocoa give it some "body" so it not so runny?

When I made it with the cocoa powder it seems like the heavy cream was what gave it "body". Mixing the cocoa w/ plain water was still really thin until I added the cream.

Today I tried it with Walden's Chocolate syrup since it has a lower carb count than the Wal-Mart stuff. It tastes better too. I used 2 tablespoons instead of using any sugarfree syrup and added a little Fasweet to make it sweeter. I agree its the cream that thickens it and makes the magic happen.
