Trying making your own 1/2 & 1/2 with whipping cream and Hoods LC milk. The Hoods will cut the amount of fat and you shouldn't experience the seperation or "fat" mouth feel. Of course, you can experiment with the proportions of cream to milk to find the combination that you like best.

If you can't get Hoods, you could try just cutting the the cream with water or one of the splenda sweetened syrups.

So tried the whip cream, splenda and vanilla extract again....after a while I noticed like oil spots on top.....hmmmm? I actually drank it before I noticed it....my lips reminded me of flavored lip gloss/chapstick-something is there but not really- anyway maybe this is a good reason for me to get those DaVinci syrups maybe it will blend better or wont oil up/seperate in my coffee.

If I'm not mistaken, if you whip heavy cream long enough, it turns to butter. If you whipped it too long, that is probably what happened...and why you got the waxy feel to it

Talking butter-lol!

you guys are right! I didn't whip it this time and just poured it into the coffee like creamer, no flavor extract, and just a tad bit of splenda like I use to do when I used sugar-got the oil spots etc. after a while. So basically I don't allow myself to run out of my LOW CARB INTERNATIONAL HAZELNUT CREAM!!! thanks for all the help guys!
