Default I need some buddies!

Hey everyone. I started Atkins when I had my son. At that time I weighed 240lbs. I am currently 190lbs. I want to get down to 12-140. Anywere between there i'll be verry happy! At this time however I am not following Atkins. I haven't been motivated enough After seeing the success gallery however, I am way motivated.

On top of that, I just turned 21, and I want to make 2005 the year that I don't forgett. Many goals this year, and the first to accomplish is the weight loss. I need any encouragement that I can get. Feel free to email me anytime

crellis_03~comcast.net

I hope this goes well for me! 50lbs lighter is how I want to be and then I can party!!!

hi....

you can do this wol if you set your mind to it . everyone on this site will push you and encourage you ! but if you really want to do this YOU are the one that is going to need to push and want it the most. My favortie saying is "If its to be , its up to me !" . This is what i live by .
I think it is great that you want to make your 21st birthday year a year to remember! start a journal so you have a place to talk and people can check up on you. and it is just fun to have one good luck! i will be cheering you on from the midwest

You've done so well, so far. It is hard to get back into the WOL once you've slipped, but sounds like you're motivated and will do just fine.

don't you worry, you're not the oly one with cravings. i'm not quite sure how so many people do it, but they do. i'm sure you and i can get through it. we're women right? we're young right? we should be the ultimate guides on self control....okay, maybe tha's stretching it. but, i know we're intellegent enough to know it will only be good for us.
