Does anyone have ANY tips for bloating...I tend to over eat: but on cabbage just about EVERY NIGHT and I was wondering if anyone has any tricks to stop reduce bloating...with out reducing my portion size..I know prob too much to ask: right?! haha!!

Eww! I know extactly what you mean. It's the worst feeling in the world. Makes you wonder why healthy food exists. I just tend to quit eating it for a little while in such an amount and take some ex-lax.

one prob: i cant cut veggies out of the diet they r like BASICALLY the only food i do eat! haha! guess ill jus thave to live with it!!

Ugh no kidding I made curried beef and broccoli and all i can say, it's a good thing Im single. I'd fart anyone out of bed!!!

HAHA you guys are great!!!! Trust me, at night NO ONE wants to be around me, I should have a WARNING SIGN!!!! But Camomile and Papaya tea help calm it, along with fennel tea....just incase you guys are getting a little sick of scaring OFF people by your smell! hahaha!!

Haha it's not the smell really but Good God it's the noise! I wouldn't be surprised if I've woken my roommate (and his room is below mine!)!

OMG it just wont stop!!!! GAS, the rumbling, but now its kinda worse cause, well its kinda embarassing, but i am constipated!!! hahahahaha!! Gosh Damn, the life on a low carb(YET HIGH VEGGIE) diet....LOL!

Try less cabbage since thats a BIG cuprit. Ditto for brussel spouts. Maybe spinach or cucumber. Actually any vegge that smells foul when overcooked is probably not that great for low emissions
