I havent been to this thread in so long. Im glad to see the OOO is working for some of you. I still only take 3 a day, but not for weightloss anymore, but because I did try and not take it and had the worst flu I have ever had in 3 years. I will not be without mine.

I have to take mine with some food, otherwise I cant stand the burping taste. I hope you all have as good of luck with yours as I had with mine.

Well, I have been taking ooo for 5 days now and no luck on weight loss. However, I been taking only 1 capsule of 50mg oregano oil-25mg flaxseed oil
by Nature's Way. I noticed a few of you on here take about 150mg oregano oil. So, I decided to take two capsules for now and see if any change happens. Although no weight loss help from it yet, I have noticed it did make my hair feel softer, scalp non itchy and possibly smoother skin(could be the cocoa butter I just strated using for 2wks for skin)

I will post back in about 5 days from now and report any change or difference in
taking 100mg oregano instead of 50mg

I have been taking oil o f oregano for a week and one day four drops twice a day, this saturday i went out to dinner and cheated big time,on sunday i felt horrible i had flu like symptoms, diarrehea, gas, bloating, tired and soar. I think these are die off symptoms, today i only have gas and dirrehea,is this because of cheating or is this normal? should i take my ooo today or no? If some one can help me i would really appreciate it.Thanks.

The ones I take are 450 mgs but I worked up to that. I started by taking one, then two, and now I take 3 a day. Good luck. Congrats on the compliment RedJodie.

Well I think I had some major yeast die off symptoms,so i downed my dose to 3 drops twice a day and i am much better.I think it was just to much for me. But i do notice on the OOO i dont retain water like i used to and i dont really get bloated.I have been taking for about a month and i have lost 7 lbs.I love it.Am i suppose to cycle it though? Some people stop for a couple of weeks then start back up.Is that necessary?

Here's a question... does anyone know if Oregano Leaf Powder has the same effects as the oil? I was looking at the local health food store and saw the Oregano Leaf Powder in capsule form, and it's about 1/3 of the price as the oil. Just curious if anyone knows.
