Has anyone out there tried the supplement Relora? I read about it in a magazine article. The article said that it is a great supplement to use in conjunction with low carb eating. Apparently the Relora controls the amount of insulin and cortisol that is produced.

I have visited 5 vitamin stores, they are all sold out!!! But I have found it online.

I haven't used it, but there are a couple of people in another forum who have. Because it has an anti-anxiety effect, I think you will find it in the depression forums.
